WHAT IS THE ARTS DISTRICT AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

The Arts District (TAD) is an online broadcast network and subscription video on demand service owned by Starwest Media, Inc. based in Santa Clarita, California. It is primarily oriented towards instant streaming of original educational and inspiring content, carrying current and past episodes of classes, workshops, events, and streamed content provided by other media partners. TAD is comprised of many channels airing a specific category of content including: Dance, Martial Arts, Fashion, Fitness, Music, Cooking, and more. Each channel is comprised of different shows catering to the channel’s specific genre. Users register to receive a TAD Network Membership through a monthly subscription fee to access selected channels and view livestreamed shows and other content airing on various TAD channels. HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE ARTS DISTRICT? CAN I PAY WITH CASH?

TAD accepts all major credit cards. You can pay directly on the website through the secure payment system. Because your account is linked to your credit card on file, TAD does not accept cash payment for the monthly membership and content.

ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL FEES ASSOCIATED WITH THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION FEE?

Your monthly subscription includes all additional fees associated with The Arts District. Should you be interested in viewing special Pay-Per-View (PPV) content which may not be included in your subscription, there will be an additional charge per content.

STREAMING THE ARTS DISTRICT

All content is uploaded in HD quality (720 dpi at least) to The Arts District network. The quality of stream you experience from your preferred device will be based off a few variables:

· Your current Wi-Fi/internet signal strength, & speed. Note: Your Internet service needs to run at a speed of at least 5 MBPs for streaming HD content.

· Your preferred devices streaming settings

WHY AM I SEEING A MESSAGE THAT THERE’S A PROBLEM WITH MY PAYMENT METHOD?

You’re seeing this alert because our Admin System experienced an issue validating your credit card information, or there may be insufficient funds. If you feel that this may be an error, please contact Customer Support or visit your Account and click on Update Payment Method to update/verify your credit card information on file.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?

You can update your payment information by logging in and clicking your name in the upper right corner. Then navigate to Update Payment Method.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY BILLING HISTORY OR MONTHLY INVOICE?

You can update your payment information by logging in and clicking your name in the upper right corner. Then navigate to Billing Details.

WHY CAN’T I CONNECT TO THE ARTS DISTRICT?

Connectivity issues can be a result of many different things. Feel free to connect with our Customer Support team & file a ticket on the issue you’re having.

THE ARTS DISTRICT SAYS MY ACCOUNT IS ALREADY IN USE WHEN I TRY TO WATCH?

This alert means that one of the devices connected to your account is currently accessing content within The Arts District Network. Sign out of TAD from any other devices & try logging in again.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?

Change your password by logging in and clicking your name in the upper right corner. Then navigate to Change Password.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

You may cancel your subscription by logging in and clicking your name in the upper right corner. Then navigate to Billing Details and click on Cancel Membership.

HOW DO I RE-ACTIVATE MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Log into your TAD Account and go to your Account Page, click Billing Details and update your Payment Method. Once you have updated your payment method and click Re-Activate Membership, your payment method will be automatically charged the monthly subscription fee and your TAD Membership will be re-activated.
